Empowering Healthier Lifestyles Through Community Education & Research
The Glom Institute is dedicated to advancing psychological health and well-being by empowering individuals, families, and communities with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to build healthier, more resilient lives.
Through community education, applied science, and evidence-based well-being programs, Glom Institute transforms scientific knowledge into practical strategies that people can use in their everyday lives. Our work focuses on strengthening resilience, promoting healthy behaviors, supporting emotional wellness, and fostering meaningful community connections across the lifespan.
Our Approach
Glom Institute bridges the gap between psychological research and real-world application by creating accessible learning experiences designed to meet the unique needs of individuals and communities. We develop programs that support:
- Teens by building psychological skills, resilience, and healthy coping strategies
- Older adults by promoting lifelong wellness, connection, and quality of life
- Caregivers by providing tools that support emotional well-being, balance, and sustainable care practices
- Communities by encouraging education, engagement, and collective well-being
By translating evidence-based psychological practices into meaningful, practical solutions, Glom Institute helps individuals develop healthier habits, strengthen their capacity to overcome challenges, and create lasting positive change.
Our Vision
We envision communities where individuals of all ages have access to the knowledge, support, and resources needed to thrive physically, emotionally, and psychologically throughout their lifespan.
Through research, education, and community partnership, GLOM Institute is committed to creating healthier communities where well-being is not only understood, but actively practiced.
